The Secret Hostess happily serves Seattle , Mercer Island and the Eastside.
For most events, The Secret Hostess will be contracted to be on site at the event’s location no less than two hours prior to your event’s scheduled start time. At that time, she will be ready to assist in any preparation or organizational details required before the festivities begin! Of course, she may arrive earlier if necessary, and even run a few errands before she gets there.

Day Of Event Coordination
Day Rate $300, Plus expenses
(A set fee for up to 8 consecutive hours)
Each additional hour after 8, $50/hr
One Day minimum charge

Event Consulting
Event planning assistance that may include recommendations for venues, live entertainment and other hospitality vendors for gatherings hosted at a private residence or off site venue.

As a Client you are responsible for all outline of your event agenda and and any supplies required to complete all tasks, unless a different arrangement has been made in advance with The Secret Hostess.

Wedding Day of Event Coordination & Support Services
Molly Cartwright can be booked to provide coordination and support services for your wedding day at any time during the planning phase, but generally, she gets involved two or three weeks prior to the actual date of your wedding.

At that point, she will be assisting you in organizing and double-checking the many details with vendors, the 'day of' time line, wedding party roles and sequencing of the wedding ceremony and reception elements that you have already put together.

When Molly steps in you can relax, enjoy the day and be a part of all the festivities!

Before the Wedding - - She will be working with the information you give her to formulate a master plan for the entire day so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the sequencing of your "once in a lifetime" event is being managed in the most professional and worry-free manner possible.

Ceremony - - Sequence all details of the actual ceremony from cueing the music, to preparing the groom, groom’s men, bride’s maids and bride for photos and the long walk down the isle.

Reception - - Coordinate sequencing of reception set-up with hospitality vendors and wedding party program (announcement of wedding party's arrival, toasts, first dance, cutting the cake, etc.) with the host, MC or DJ.

Following the return of a signed Engagement Agreement, The Secret Hostess will contact you and, based on your information, prepare a working timeline for preparation and the duties required at various phases of your event. Please plan to have a couple of communications via telephone and email with The Secret Hostess prior to your event.

Terms:
To initiate a service agreement with The Secret Hostess, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be returned with a signed Engagement Agreement. The Balance is due on or before the date of your Scheduled Event. Any additional hours beyond those scheduled in your Engagement Agreement will be calculated and must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the event.

Payment is accepted by personal check, VISA, Master Card and PayPal.com.
A 5% user fee will be charged for online and credit card transactions.

* If you have booked The Secret Hostess in advance for a Day Rate block of time, your fee will not be prorated for any reason. The Secret Hostess will arrive at least 2 two hours prior to the start time of any engagement.
