The Secret Hostess, Molly Cartwright guarantees that your next special event will operate smoother with her working in the background. She will maintain order and keep an eye out for your best interest. Her primary goal is to maintain a picture perfect environment through all phases of your event from, cocktail meet and greet to dinner, and beyond.

The Secret Hostess is not a party planner or a house keeper. She is your “party partner”. Of course, it’s your party and you are still in charge but think of The Secret Hostess as someone to bounce your creative ideas off of and allow her to assist you in preparing the environment with décor or let her be that person you can count on to run an unexpected last minute errand.


The Secret Hostess

Before The Party...
The Secret Hostess will be on site and ready to work with you no less then 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your event. The Secret Hostess will participate in, or perform, any normal duties required of any Host or Hostess on the day of his or her party.

She may assist you in an extensive variety tasks.

<> Assist you in preparation; shopping and gathering supplies
<> Décor and room dressing
<> Last minute off-site errands
<> P.O.C. for outside venders i.e. caterer, delivery personal, entertainment, A/V, valet.
<> Checking-in or registering guests as they arrive
<> Floral Design


During The Party
The Secret Hostess straightens-up as the party progresses and keeps the environment “picture perfect” so you don’t have to.

 

Other tasks you can count on her taking care of include...

Monitor a broad-spectrum of party operations

<> General tidiness
<> Background music
<> Food and Beverages
<> Additional event specific requests
<> Impromptu Photography, digital snapshots (camera provided by client)

Wedding Day of Event Coordination & Support Services
Molly Cartwright can be booked to provide coordination and support services for your wedding day at any time during the planning phase, but generally, she gets involved two or three weeks prior to the actual date of your wedding.

At that point, she will be assisting you in organizing and double-checking the many details with vendors, the 'day of' time line, wedding party roles and sequencing of the wedding ceremony and reception elements that you have already put together.

 

When Molly steps in you can relax, enjoy the day and be a part of all the festivities!


Before the Wedding - - She will be working with the information you give her to formulate a master plan for the entire day so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the sequencing of your "once in a lifetime" event is being managed in the most professional and worry-free manner possible.

Ceremony - - Sequence all details of the actual ceremony from cueing the music, to preparing the groom, groom’s men, bride’s maids and bride for photos and the long walk down the isle.

Reception - -
Coordinate sequencing of reception set-up with hospitality vendors and wedding party program (announcement of wedding party's arrival, toasts, first dance, cutting the cake, etc.) with the host, MC or DJ.
