For any event involving floral and/or creative design services, an initial consultation will be scheduled to discuss your ideas, color scheme and visual concepts.

Please Note: Due to the high demand for floral design services at events and weddings hosted on Saturdays and Sundays, please plan on booking Molly as soon as you have a date for your special event, especially if you plan to be married during any of the summer months.

Molly Cartwright can be booked to provide coordination and support services for your wedding day at any time during the planning phase, but generally, she gets involved two or three weeks prior to the actual date of your wedding.

At that point, she will be assisting you in organizing and double-checking the many details with vendors, the 'day of' time line, wedding party roles and sequencing of the wedding ceremony and reception elements that you have already put together.

Before the Wedding - - She will be working with the information you give her to formulate a master plan for the entire day so that you can rest assured that the details are in place and the sequencing of your "once in a lifetime" event is being managed in the most professional and worry-free manner possible.

Ceremony - - Sequence all details of the actual ceremony from cueing the music, to preparing the groom, groom’s men, bride’s maids and bride for photos and the long walk down the isle.

Reception - - Coordinate sequencing of reception set-up with hospitality vendors and wedding party program (wedding party's arrival, toasts, first dance, cutting the cake, etc.) with MC or DJ.

This program may be tied to TWIG’s Floral Design Services.
